So how come all the English speaking nations – Mexico excepted – are at the top of this chart, asks George Wallace of A Fool in the Forest?  I just got back from a trip to London and Paris.  London was full of fast food, Paris was not.  Where there is a vacuum, fast food will fill it.  The English speaking world’s vacuum is vast – food isn’t about community, health, ritual.  No, it’s profit making, entertainment, novelty.  Is it any wonder the WHO ranks France no. 1 and the US no.37 in health?
